Our Terms of Service *

I have read and agree to the Terms of Service agreement listed below

* School Holidays: The Reef playschool will be closed for the full June/July school holidays, as well as December school holidays. This is to give both the teachers and the students, a well deserved rest.
* Fee structure: Our school fees are structured over an 11 mointh period, regardless of school holidays. All fees are payable on the last day of the previous month. (i.e. January fees are payable on or before 31 December )
* Our fees will increase annually.
* No termination of contract or month's notice may be given during the month of November.
* 5% discount for fees paid annually in advance.
* Payment can be made in cash, via internet banking or you can arrange for a stop/debit order with your bank.

By agreeing to these terms:
1) I adhere to the rules and regulations implemented by The Reef Playschool.
2) I hold myself responsible for the full amount of fess to be charged by The Reef Playschool in respect of the whole periodmy child is registered at the school.
3) I will give one month's notice or pay one month's fees in advance, when terminating my child's enrollment at The Reef Playschool.
4) I accept liability for all attorneys and clients charges on an attorneyand client scale, collection commisions and tracking charges, should legal action be instituted against me for the collection of outstanding fees.

By agreeing to these terms, I hold harmless and absolve The Reef Playschool and it's staff or any authorised agents, against any and all claims that may arise from an injury, death, loss, damages, cost or expense whatsoever, including legal costs, suffered by me or mychild at any time whilst enrolled as a pupil at The Reef Playschool

By agreeing to these terms Igive The Reef Playschool permission to take pictures/video of my child. These photos may be used at the school or posted in yearbooks, to be distributed to other families, used in projects or put in the newspaper.
